Without a doubt the worst service I have ever had! It took 7 weeks to get delivery. They had a key to my gate but lost it. So when they tried to deliver they could not get in gate and I live 1 hr away. I called and was on phone 45 min and a man sounded interested in finding key, said he would check it out and call me back, still waiting on his call. I took a key down and left it at gate. Called to get delivery and it took another 3 weeks. Then I get a email saying they changed delivery date.
Good people...just gas too expensive.
When I click on “last statement” I receive one dated March 2023 and it showed a balance. I called and they said “0” balance. I have run into this before. Why does this keep happening. The statement on Myferrellgas does not match what I get when I call.
