No problem with my delivery. Same driver for over 20 years, a good guy named Ray. My problem was with the billing. I never got a bill, this was possibly not your fault. I got a phone call from you saying my payment was delinquent. I told the representative that I had been looking for the bill in the mail and that I have the delivery receipt which states I will be billed. The person on the phone said they would resend the bill. Jeff Shaw the service Technician installed a 100 gallon tank at our house this morning. I just want to say, what a wonderful experience he gave to us. What a polite gentleman. He smiled throughout the entire time just looking like he really genuinely likes his job and helping others. He walked me through everything and left me with no questions. We decided to install a whole house generator system in our new home in Waldport, Or. We tried a couple of propane businesses and Ferrellgas was the best for responding to our request and following through on every aspect of the project. The staff in the office was very professional and the service tech Brandon was fantastic. I talked to Rhonda, Kelly and Tracy in the office and they all did a great job in getting us set up.
