I had a horrible time w/ Amerigas. They wouldn't come out to refill my tank. They said the ground was too soft. Which is crazy, i live on hard clay and it's been solid since April. Anyway, I passed a Ferrell truck on the road to my house one morning. I hopped out and spoke with the driver. After stopping by the Ferrell gas depot in Roseburg a couple of times and having the person working there be so extremely helpful, I decided to make them my go to propane delivery. They were able to give me a quick appointment and the gentleman filling my tank was very nice. If there is one thing I would ask them to change it would be to give the customer a call when they are on their way to the residence.
One word AWESOME does not seem enough for the service I received from Ferrellgas out of Roseburg Oregon. From the time I stopped at the office to start service until the end when tank was delivered, set up and everything was checked to make sure all was working properly I could not be more satisfied. The delivery date and time was right on, delivery man Teddy was very professional plus answered all my questions in such a friendly way. I would without a doubt recommend Ferrellgas for all of your propane needs. Thanks guys

John was very helpful in listening to my unusual propane plumbing scenario and telling me which regulator I needed. I wasn't very knowledgeable and I was just the "go-fer" for my husband but John was patient and explained what we needed. This was back in June, and the setup has been working nicely.
