I have used Ferrell Gas for many years now and am very satisfied with their service. They have very helpful yard staff that are always willing to help

This year has been decent. But we also had a mild winter. So many times my husband has gone to ferrell gas during operation hours only to find them closed. They literally closed last winter on the coldest day of the year. He's been told only one girl can do the books and she was home sick . And there's not a chance you can get thru on the phone. Zero.
Service from the folks at the Sand Springs location was great on my account setup & install. Manager James Deem, Admin Brittany & Serviceman Jimmy Childs took care of me at every step. Thank you
