Left in the cold for over a week because driver couldn’t make it up the road . Even though we went to work just fine. We were told in December our account was paid up and now that we are freezing waiting on a delivery they called wanting a payment saying we were past due even though we were told we were all paid up. And we still won’t have a delivery until next week. Even after we informed them our child was sick. They care about the bottom dollar not people’s safety or comfort. Not professional at all.
Polite and helpful. Very efficient.
