My only complaint with Ferrellgas is the fact that they "charge" your debit card for the estimated amount of the fill and then any monies above the actual cost is kept as a credit. This makes it difficult for low income and middle income families to survive when money is held "hostage" by the LP company.
Great service but you contract price is $.70 higher than other local providers.
Leaving a review on behalf of a friend without an account. She had to make FOUR separate requests to fill her empty propane tank. Twice she had to go into their office. The second time she had to tell the secretary to request she call the delivery guy by name to get her tank filled. Billing is a joke also. They also require you to MAIL any changes in your account to Missouri, such as expiration dates on your card in your account.
