We’ve been a valued customer for several years now. I had my experience w Ferrell Gas a few weeks ago. My feelings was hurt. I had to go thru a few chains to get gas during the ice/snow,I ran out of gas right before it hit,ordered gas just to find out we had a leak. Had to call plumber, went from there. But anyway I got gas 3 weeks prior to ordering it. When we finally got gas ,ithey put in more than I ordered. When I got my bill I was like not what I ordered
You can wait 5 weeks after you order and they never answer the phone. One time they didnt give me all the gas I ordered and told me not to call so early for gas until it gets below 20 percent, next time I wait to order and I run out of gas and the guy said dont wait so long to order. Its always the customers fault with these guys and they always have an excuse on why you can't have gas while they have your money.
