Our experience with Ferrellgas has been quite a nightmare. After waiting 11 days for a refill (they tell us to call 5-8 days in advance) we were told that we were finally routed to be filled today. (We refill every month so waiting almost 2 weeks for a fill means we run to 0%). Came home after work to an empty tank and customer service doesn't seem to be concerned that it is 6 degrees outside and we are still without propane. We live in a very rural area and it is not convenient for them to deliver so we are often left to w... read more
Number is disconnected, they never answer the phone when you finally get the correct number. Set up an appointment in August to have tanks set... now February and they still have not called back!
