Absolutely the worst customer service from start to finish. After 20 years it’s the Last time I use Ferrell. 1. Called for prices - they insisted I had to create an on line account to find out even though I had an account for 20 years. 2. Called again. Was told a price and military discount for 2.15 per gallon. 3. Came to fill tank on the hottest day so could not meet minimum fill by 10 gallons so 3. When I got the statement I had fuel surcharge and a hazmat fee no one mentioned. It also showed I had a credit from two years ... read more
Promises are made but never followed through. For 3 years I have tried to get a pin for our tank lid and it is payed on to someone else and never done. Took 6 months at least to get tank painted, when they even offered to do. Then it was sloppy and lid left off and still no pin or not even twicked to fit right. Was going to change company but they gave me 50 gala free so was hard to pass up.
I can honestly tell you if our next transaction is a repeat of last refill there definitely won’t be another! It took six months to resolve the issues!
