While I've had problems in the past, as a long time customer with deliveries not showing up on time and inconsistent customer service reps over the phone. I communicated these issues with a supervisor and this last winter everything went smoothly and I felt valued as a customer when talking with Ferrell Gas representatives over the phone, so I'm glad things have gotten better. Thank you kindly.
This was the best winter that I've had with Ferrellgas. The first year was good and in-between those years were not good. The women that answer the customer service phones are just awful. About two out of ten are decent and treat you with respect and get your propane order to you on time to you. The others should be fired immediately. There's no excuse for the horrible service. If I could rate them any lower than one star I would and that would be an understatement of how terrible the service and price gouging of this company is I don't recommend anyone using them unless you have no other options
