Have had Ferrellgas for years. Been great to do business with. Plan to continue getting propane from them.
Ferrellgas service has been exceptional. Everyone I have encountered over my years of service with them has been personable, kind and extremely helpful. I have enjoyed our trouble free relationship . Keep up the great work
For two year I have been placing my own refills for Ferrellgas seamlessly with great customer service. Today I spoke with the rudest lady and had the worst customer service experience of my life she should honestly be fired it was atrocious. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me one wasn’t available and simply no I cant. I will be calling headquarters to complain about her.
The customer service I received from Kenny was amazing! Super helpful and kind. I would highly recommend getting propane here.
