Just called to set up an account and become a customer. I was told that they are too swamped and not taking on any new customers. Wow. UPDATE: The OM reached out to me to clear up the misunderstanding with the office staff and we now have an account set up.
I just had a new boiler installed. What a fantastic job the guys did. I can’t say enough good things about the crew, who I’ve come to know and trust over the years. They have worked on my 57 year old boiler for the last 15 years and it was time for a new one, the price, the installation, and service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company for all your heating needs when it comes to oil and boilers. Thank you Ferrell Fuel.
We were in a jam with our RV tank, hundreds of miles from home. The customer service they provided went WAY above and beyond. The young man (believe it was manager) stood out in the cold rain of late April trying everything possible to get our propane tank to fill. Unsuccessful, he gave us an auxiliary tank, filled, at no charge!!! A million thank yous!!

They sent a tech out to deliver fuel to my home and he did not know how to light my burner. So the sent a smarter guy apparently but charged me an extra charge to do it because the first guy was inexperienced? Really??!!! What effing bullshit is that? Done with this company and I will go out of my way to steer other future customers.
