I've been using ferrel insurance since I began to drive....also used for my business insurance. Rick goes out of his way to make sure he gets exactly what you need without forcing you to pay for extras if you don't want them. Never had an issue in 20 years!!! I continue to use ferrel insurance and will continue to use the company. Very pleased and happy!
When I married my wife 5 years ago, we stuck with her historical insurance agent in Ferrell. I am very glad we have had Ferrell as a representative... their service is stellar. the folks that answer the phones there are usually the only person you need to talk to since they are able to help you at the drop of a hat; you don't need to be forwarded to another representative or jump through hoops. I am in the insurance industry, and this group's service is as strong as any out there
