Exceptional service in every way. Michael M. was great - knowledgeable, professional & patient with questions. I highly recommend him & Ferrell. Update Sept. 15, 2026 Michael M. Installed an LED flat panel ceiling fixture in my kitchen that has 10 ft. ceilings - replacing the original fluorescent fixture. He also installed a dimmer for the fixture. Michael did an excellent job in every way. His attention to detail, & professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Michael & Ferrell Electric.
Michael M. Did a great job. He explained everything needed to operate my transfer switch properly. We hooked it up to my generator. It worked as expected. It was a all around good experience.
Dock was professional, explained everything in terms I understood, and showed integrity by doing everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. There’s not many out there doing that anymore, and I truly appreciate Dock and Ferrell Electric for being there to help us when we needed it most.
9/11/2026 we had what we thought were numerous electrical failures in our home. Your technician ANDREW arrived early and did a great job . ANDREW was kind and very professional. If we have another need for an electrician we will call you and request ANDREW!
Excellent service!!
