Horrible bedside manner and very rude. I had my 89 year old father to see him on Wednesday the 27th. He was condensing rude , I have never seen a Dr. so callus in my enter life.
This man allowed me to sit on a small brain bleed for months, ordering mri after mri and one botched lumbar puncture waiting for the diagnosis to be confirmed because his lazy a$$ just assumed by my demographics the SINGLE lesion I had was MULTIPLE sclerosis, to the point where he offered that diagnosis to me unconfirmed because he was "so confident" it was ms before finally sending me (by my request) to an ms specialist who seriously thought it was crazy that he'd suspected ms at all. Incredible doctor. I have the utmost confidence in him. Very professional, attentive, knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his office.
I waited over 1 year for an appointment. They rescheduled out another month for a schedule conflict on their end, o.k. I get it. I told them ALL THE issues I was having, not just the 2 my PCP put on referral. 1 week before appointment, I get a call stating "Dr Otto reviewed your records" and what your PCP referred you for is being taken care of by a physiatrist. I have been a patient of Dr. Otto's for several years now, including during the pandemic. He has always been attentive and expedient with med refills. I could not be happier with Dr. Otto.
