Doctor Duff is the most wonderful Gynecologist in the world. She is the total package. Springfield is lucky to have her.
On 10/11/23, I’ve been coming here for over two years and I have never had to wait as long as I did today. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Very unprofessional and should be looked into.
This place is a joke they didn’t allow me in because I have a child with me and I’m a new patient with high risk and drove 2 hours to get here they didn’t even bother to tell me that on the phone when I made my appointment 3 weeks ago. This is Ridiculous.
