would not listen to my 50 years with the issue. I followed his instructions and lost some of my hearing due to it.
Knowledgeable, listens, takes time, never feel rushed.
First, his 'assistant' when I went there was terrible and could care less what she was doing. The DR would not listen to my issues. I followed his prescription becuase he was the dr and lost some of the hearing in my right ear. All I needed was a minor antibiotic but no.
I was getting an ear infection. Have had them all my life as I told Dr Ferrell. I know when they are coming on. I know what solves the issue for that time. He wanted me to try something different. I lost some hearing in my ear due to following his orders. His "nurse" was the worse I have ever encountered. Made me wait an extended time to get a fasting blood test. While she ate her breakfast, played on the computer and talked to others in the office. Did not take vitals properly and acted like it was a bother that I was there... read more
He's always friendly and takes as much time as you need. I've never left without action being taken to resolve the problem. Staff isn't friendly and sometimes it's impossible to get someone to answer the phone.
Followed his recommnedadtion. Would not listen to what has helped me in the past. Now I have lost some hearing in one ear.
Nurse does not check vitals properly. Did not even take any the first time I was there. Seems too busy as in I was a problem being there. She made me wait in the office for 30 min for a fasting blood test (been up for 3 hrs with no food drink etc prior to going) while she played on the computer and ate her breakfast. Another nurse finally came and took the blood. I had to call back twice to get an appointment she was suppose to set up. Did not call in all the meds I was suppose to have either. Family Practice Center 100 William Northern Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388 The office personnel called me to reschedule an appointment I had with Dr. Ferrell. Two weeks out was the next available slot. I informed the female working there that I would run out of a medication we were evaluating the dosage of prior to that and asked if she would call in a refill to get me through to the appointment. Dr. Ferrell is kind, patient, and attentive. I never feel like he is hurrying through my time with him. I highly recommend him.
