Doesn't send referrals, doesnt explain conditions, throws his hands up. Nursing staff doesn't do what they say they are gonna do from both locations. If you really need help go somewhere else
I have seen Brett for seven years. Yes he is an amazing doctor however, his schedule has gotten so busy that I no longer feel like he cares about his patients. Having bronchitis trying to make an appointment his nurse will not even work me in. they will not see me until next week saying that they are just too busy. I’m amazed that they do not leave any open spots in their schedule throughout the day for when sick patients call for them to work them in. This was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. My symptoms were dismissed despite telling the doctor I had never experienced these issues before. He ordered blood donations and never said anything after seeing my low ferritin which made my health worse. Then when realized I had severe iron deficiency no hematologist referral either. He also promised a neurology referral but never sent it. I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously and I deeply regret coming here. Dr Ferrell is a great doctor and a good friend he’s been my doctor for years he is busy because he is good and very knowledgeable and professional
