Dr. Ferreira not only has a horrible bedside manner, she does not treat her patients or their parents with any level of urgency at all. She seemed to be annoyed that I was questioning her and requesting certain tests that she did not feel necessary. She then did not send over the necessary authorizations to have such tests performed almost resulting in rescheduling a critically important imaging appointment. If you need someone to take your child's health seriously, don't go there.
Terrible bedside manner. Dr. Ferreira acted like we were waiting her time by being there. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone.
