I was recommended to this dealer ship to buy a used jeep.. I heard from many people who have previously used them that they were great. However when they started the 2014 jeep cherokee that i was interested in it did not drive. The sales associate attempted multiple times to get the jeep to move, it did not move. They then had me test drive another jeep, when i got back they told me that they got the other jeep started and moved it to the shop. 10 years ago I took my ford tempo to this shop and they all were great. Great manager, great service, and honest. I moved away and when I returned with my Ford F250 I took it back to this shop. A lot changed. Very rude and dishonest. We knew what work needed to be done and what did not, and they were trying to the pull the wool over our eyes. Luckily we know better.
