0 Star : My Experience The length of tome that this repair was not good. It took way to long. Two months was unacceptable. The repairs seem to be done well, they however did not clean all the broken glass out of cup holders ect. I won’t be back. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I have already expressed my dissatisfaction with the timeliness of this repair. And I know you were not waiting for parts. 5 Star : My Experience Overall service from the day I showed up to the following day after I picked up the Dodge RAM was excellent!!! As far as I can tell, all damages were repaired within tolerances and a receipt was made available to me upon pickup. So far the only issue that came to my attention was the missing up front floor mat that was apparently taken out for cleaning and inadvertently neglected to be replaced upon pick up of the repaired vehicle. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend Well this is the 2nd vehicle I've had to return for 2nd repairs so I would but I think repair should be 100 percent the 1st time 4 Star : Repair Quality 1st time I picked the truck up I was unsatisfied because the dent in the door was visible from 25feet away. So I took it back after I told the guy I wasnt happy that Saturday. The following monday I spoke to Chris the body shop manager and he told me to bring it back and they'd look at it.
