Great place to take your Ferrari for service. They always take good care of my 360 spider. Billy E is an awesome service rep and has a vast knowledge of Ferraris. He is easy to deal with, respectful and has proven to me that the service dept can handle any service need! My car always comes out of service clean and ready to perform! Complements to DJ as well!
Called on Saturday to buy a portofino not only wasted my time and run my credit for nothing also made me cancel a day of work to see the car just to call me and tell me they sold the car! Horrible experience. UPDATE,, So on of the manger reached out to fix my experience! He promised me he will give me a better experience! I believed in him so he send me couple of cars he promised he will do whatever to fix my experience!
