I'm was transporter for their cars and was scammed on money. I can't even imagine that this type of dealership using scam-brokers, and totally refuse to cooperate to fix this problem. Also i found another carriers that was scammed by their broker and we will not leave it like this. I tried to communicate with Geoffrey Taylor, but unfortunate he can't help me and it's my problem
Front desk was super nice, got transferred to Emmanuel the marketing guy and he was very rude. There was no sense of genuine customer service or brand representation. It felt like he was more interested in showing off than actually listening or assisting. For a brand that prides itself on excellence and prestige, this was a major letdown.
