Poor customer service. All they care about is taking your money. I took my car for repairs and was told my warranty was expired. Before paying, I told the service advisor, Charles, that I had an extended warranty. He said its too late and its now my job to file a claim. Totally dismissed me and never let me show him the extended warranty. Great job. You just lost a customer.
Only reason I give them 1 star is because it is the lowest possible rating. If 5 stars is the best rating, they did a fine job at earning a Minus 5. Nothing but confusion and lack of attention to detail. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had in my life. Arrived to pick up a new *** only to find 3 large bird droppings on the hood of the car and some adhesive dripping along the kick-panel on the passenger side. wow, never done this before . thought Bmw and Mercedes were bad, must be a German thing, but my 3rd Audi is a disaster. traded in a q5 for a cert q7. paid huge premium for warranties etc. had 14k miles. ONLY after 3k miles NEEDED service and NEW BRAKES. got BS from greenwich staff including no call back from KEN the sales mgr. what a joke, no wonder Acura and Hyundai , even chevy kicking ass. Customer Service is horrible I will never go here to get my vehicle repaired and recommend no one go here. I had my bumper repaired here for my *********. My bumper had to be shipped to this body shop and when it arrived I was never notified. I had to call and find out the bumper arrived. Instead of taking my car right away he told me on Thursday to bring the Vehicle on Monday. When I was trying to get my Vehicle fixed as soon as possible because I had to wait 5 days for it to arrive.
