After taking full payment for a Ferrari (VIN ending in 7201), they deliberately misled me regarding the availability of the title and failed to fulfill their legal obligation to transfer ownership in a timely manner. We now have written proof that the dealership falsely claimed the title was submitted to DMV on February 17. Yet as of March 19, DMV officially confirmed that no such submission had ever occurred.
