Purchasing my first Ferrari was supposed to be an exciting experience. Unfortunately, my experience with Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale and my 2022 Ferrari Roma has been the complete opposite. I purchased the vehicle with approximately 2,500 miles, and it was sold to me as a **Ferrari Certified** vehicle. If not for the receptionist I would not set foot in the front door. I have never seen a place where the salesmen will not make eye contact with you. Is it that hard to say hi? I have been to 4 dealerships in the past 4 months and by far this one is the rudest. Looking to upgrade, but they will definitely not get my business. I know, you will say it will get better, but it is the same every time I visit lauderdale.
