I would give no stars if I could. I lived in one of the properties from ferrari lund and it was the worst experience ever. I thought I moved into a clean 1 bed apartment with my kids and it was not clean. There was a cockroach infestation that was never taken care of. I should have asked if there was roaches however since I didnt see any sign I thought It was clean. Anyways I asked to schedule for pest control to come out. They did twice.
