Karen Cornell made 2 appointments for her buyer to see my property. Both times she was a no show, no call. Her first question to my agent was if me, the seller, was going to pay her 3%. Really? Selfish, greedy, self centered. Glad you didn’t show up. Wouldn’t pay you even 1% now. If I were your buyers I would be pissed at you for not showing me properties based upon your greed! Shame on you!!!!

While they’ve chosen not to speak up, I feel it's important to share our experience so that others can make more informed decisions. To start, yes — Cathy did handle the showings.
