We've been at our place for 5 years now. 2 of which have been under Ferrari Lund. We've asked repeatedly for a lease they wouldn't send over for 2 years. We got a text message asking if we signed a lease they wouldn't raise our rent 100 dollars. We said we'd rather stay month to month then texted them back and said ok well sign the lease. I had a really disappointing experience with this real estate office. The staff were consistently rude and seemed bothered any time I asked a question. Their overall attitude felt unprofessional, and I never got the sense they actually cared about helping me. Communication was poor, and I left every interaction feeling more frustrated than before. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
Rachael was extremely helpful and knowledgable about our home buying experience and with an issue we had with the process. She also reminded us to Homestead our new house which we had forgotten about. She was with us whenever we had any questions or problems that needed to be solved. We would highly recommend her to anyone requiring a reliable and capable Real Estate agent.
