Fast response. Staff were a little rude and unhelpful at times.
BEWARE OF SCAM! Scammed a disabled vet and active duty service member out of $120. We filled out an application and paid the fees as directed….then we were completely ghosted and all of our calls ignored…save your money for an actual realtor company.
Worst company to work with. Our property manager was TERRIBLE AND RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend as a renter.

We've been at our place for 5 years now. 2 of which have been under Ferrari Lund. We've asked repeatedly for a lease they wouldn't send over for 2 years. We got a text message asking if we signed a lease they wouldn't raise our rent 100 dollars. We said we'd rather stay month to month then texted them back and said ok well sign the lease. They messaged back saying that they are going to be giving us a 30 day soon because the owner wants to sell the property.
