eventually, if you know more info on your car than the service advisor, you are not welcomed here. Cheap arguments and no explanation whatsoever. The bad reviews with service are true. Take your car somewhere else and don't waste your time.
I recently purchased a Ferrari Certified Pre-Owned car from Ferrari Los Angeles. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and found the experience at Ferrari Los Angleles to be top notch. I worked with Nick Price (sales manager) he was very professional & honest. He answered all my questions in a timely manner (including detailed pictures / videos) and we worked out a fair deal for the car.
Ferrari of Los Angeles in Van Nuys: salesperson Nick is very straightforward, honest, low pressure. Harmony’s follow up was exemplary. Truly a truly a pleasure to deal with and a class act. Everybody at the dealership was quite nice and accommodating. I sealed the deal with Nick on a Ferrari 458 Spyder. Ferrari of LA: Highly recommended.”
Brought a 488 here. Was in to diagnose an engine issue; one hour labor. Car was held several days. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone with answers. I had to go back to find out it was forgotten. The service advisor sent short replies to messages with no real answers on what was going on. I was met with profanity describing the car when I picked it up. I’ve been bringing exotic cars to dealerships for repairs for years and this experience left me really disappointed in Ferrari.
