He is an amazing talented mechanic. After bringing my bike to another mechanic and being told some BS story about not being able to get the front wheel off, I found Ferrara's. This place sucks! Took a rim and brand new tire there to have changed, which took apx 6hrs. Most other shops I've been to have done it in 15-20min. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! "I'm not going to go out of my way for you" were the exact words out of their mouths. If I hadn't needed it done that day I would have gladly gone to another place. If that wasn't bad enough they didn't do a good enough job cleaning the rim or using the bead seating solution so the tire bead didn't seat properly and has already gone flat twice.... read more
I have never been to this dealership however I have called twice. Each time I called the individual I spoke with (unknown name) was very short with me and acted as though it was an effort to give information out about the product. I dont believe this attitude would encourage anyone to actually want to go to the dealership and do business.
I was amazed at the personal loyalty that the shop has spoke to the owner and was impressed with the way that he always helped me as best as possible with my problems on the bike and the other solutions there may be and even when the bill was quoted it was usually less... they do top notch work compared to some other dealers i dealt with in the past 27 years of riding foreign and domestic bikes..ya i recommend them and will always be a customer of theirs and THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY NOBODY DOES THAT ANYMORE so when you fin... read more
