Gerardo ******and Bryan *******(Professional HVAC Installers) and Michael *********(Residential Service Manager) were all so Amazing!!! They replaced the entire system! The Outside and inside units, and all of the duct work. And they also installed a Halo LED filtering and air cleaning system! All in one day!! Ferraras installed our Trane 12 years ago. We thought at the time we were installing the best HVAC system for our home, but the problems started, and never stopped. There was never a fresh air intake filter installed, we lost 1 air handler fan, and 3 coils in the air Handler. In addition, our 2 Stage 4 ton unit was never wired into our indoor thermostat correctly. It ran on 2.5 tons for 11 1/2 years, never operating the way it was designed. I was supplied 2 complementary portable units while my AC was out. I have had several dealings with the company throughout the years and the service is superb!
We just had our unit serviced by Ferrara’s and Mike was our service tech. From beginning to end I have been pleased with this company. Scheduling with Ashley was easy and she was able to work us in 2 days from my initial call. Mike called me the day of service to verify we were home and let me know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. Mike was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We are extremely pleased with Ferrara’s and will be using them for future HVAC needs.
They’ve always been very reputable in our dealings with them over the years!
