We've dealt with Gary and Brad (Ferrara H & C) for the last 15 years for both furnace and AC. They have proven themselves to be prompt, truthful, and over the top helpful. Calls/texts are returned promptly, and service is also prompt. But the main thing I want to say is they have earned my trust, and that is worth a lot.

Gary followed up with us immediately the next morning when we left a message with him late at night after our air conditioning went out during a heat wave. He arrived later that next morning and had the problem diagnosed, and even was able to get an electrician over to our home to address an electrical issue with our air conditioning compressor. Everything was up and running later that afternoon. Very professional and friendly. We would recommend and use again.

Our A/C was going on and off all day, I reached out to Ferrara simply because they were the first one to pop up and looked reliable. I am so glad I did, Gary immediately reached out and scheduled to come the next morning. He upgraded our thermostat and fixed our A/C unit within an hour. He was incredibly kind and educated while walking me through the upgrades he did and how to maintain our unit. This is the kind of company that you will use for life, I don't believe you can find anyone better.
