The negative reviews are right. Ferarra is a TERRIBLE place to work. They make great products on the backs of hard working employees who get little to no pay, many of whom are laid off either after Easter or after Thanksgiving. Ferarra keeps costs down by mass lay offs of experienced people and the hiring back know-nothing grunts who work for cheap. I was personally shifted from one department to another and lost FIVE DOLLARS AN HOUR off my paycheck. I went from 14 an hour to 9 an hour. How am I supposed to support my family... read more

These reviews have nothing to do with the company or how well they produce trucks. They make great trucks! And have some great supervisors, but not everyones going to get along with everyone. All I hear, are a bunch of bitter employees, and theyre entitled to their opinion, but that should have no reflect on their ability to produce trucks. Which is impeccable!

Crappy trucks, crappy pay,but most of all, crappy supervisors,or so they think thats what they are. They build lifesaving equipment and dont even have a quality control dept. The sheetmetal dept. supervisor couldnt carry my tool box, much less make a right part, and hes been there forever. Talk about a buddy system! And promises from the human resouces, cmon man thats a joke i.e. Craig LeDoux! Buy a truck from another company, youll be safer and wont have problems later on down the line. REALLY!

Great Place to buy a truck.. Good quality BUt.....However for the job hunter stay away. They treat their employees like crap, and the pay is low, and they tell you that their gonna train u but never do. Take it from someone whos unfortunately currently working there this another one of those kinda jobs where they make millions but youre struggling to buy lunch everyday
