I spent $56 in anticipation that I was buying what I used to buy when I used to live here. Sadly the pignoli cookies were gross, the almond cookies not any better, I feel I was ripped off, and would like a refund. The texture of these cookies was like cold molasses. Gross. What they served was a travesty, but it wasn’t the cookies I loved. They belonged in the trash, but I left the two boxes on the dresser for the maid, maybe she won’t know how awful they are. Rec'd as a Christmas gift thru Goldbelly's from Ferrara's Bakery Cookies and Struffoli was horrible. Struffoli was so OLD it was like styrofoam. Ferrara nor Goldbelly's did nothing ton resolve the issue. A coupon is no help. Goldbelly's does not get it. WHY would anyone give them any more money.
I ordered sfogliatellas from Ferrara Bakery. They tasted exactly like one I tried in Amalfi. Amazing!!! Thank you very much. ❤❤❤
