Great place to go for food and drink and to enjoy the company of friends.
Ive been hearing about this place for years and my mother has been living down the street from it for two years so we finally decided to try it for lunch, we were both highly disappointed.I had the mac and cheese which was mediocre, blah and grainy, my mother had the linguini and meatballs which was terrible, it looked totally unappetizing, it looked like the pasta and sauce where mixed together, stuck in the fridge for a day or two and then took out and microwaved, cold in some spots, warm in others, dry and crusty, YUCK. We are sorry you had this experience at Ferrantes! All of our dishes are made fresh to order. (We don't have a microwave) Also, our kitchen is always willing to re-make your order if it is not right.
Staff and owner were fabulous. I was there for banquet and ordered food to go. They were patient with us asking questions and getting samles of homemade gelato. Later at home my food smelled delicious and had a sample. I ended up eating it all. Spicy Diablo was spicy and hella good. I'll be back.
Customer Service was OUTSTANDING and the food was delicious!!! My calzone was sooo good and it was huge!! It really feels like the cozy Cafe from the movies. Also has the cutest little gift shoppe!!! A hidden gem on the South Hill 😊 Will come back for sure!!!
