I have known Dr. Natalia for years. She just did a bunch of things she didn’t even let me pay for as a wedding gift and made me look like I was 18! She is certified in all sorts of fields. I trust Natalia with my life not only my face or body. She is so sweet and really cares about her patients comfort level and pain level which you don’t really see lately with medi spa professionals. Dr. Natalia Ferrando - Dehtiar was one of the most unprofessional , rude , inconsiderate , indecorous Dr's I have ever dealt with. Her behavior is quite contrary to the standards expected of her profession. She need a lesson in manners.

My experience was the worst experience I have ever had in my life in dealing with a physician. My mother was getting prepped for a bowel resection and was understandably emotional and anxious about the procedure. This doctor showed no compassion for my mother's emotional state. My mother, visibly upset, asked a question to which she replied "Do you want to die?"
