I sent a rather unfavorable review of Ferran a few weeks ago regarding my Generac. To date they responded quickly and handled the issue professionally. Thank you to a good company. My generator is now fully working and I received an apology from Kyle who was the head if that area. Charlie came out and fixed my Generac. My faith has been restored in this great company.
They handle AC and plumbing issues for me. They show up within the window they promise. In Florida, it is important to have skilled technicians and they have the best.
A very big thank you to Kemper, David and all the rest of the awesome Ferran crew! Total overhaul of our a/c system and they were meticulous in their work. Highly recommended.
