Ulises is a great lawyer,and his staff is awesome! He helped me get a conviction overturned that I pleaded guilty to because of ineffective council,bad witnesses,and shady police. Horrible horrible horrible took all my money and did absolutely nothing, I could have done a better job than he did. Judges don’t like him and literally didnt lift a finger to fight for me. He told me straight out he didn’t believe me!! Can you believe that?!
