I went for a standard physical and follow up, the doctor has the demeanor of a disappointed housecat. Fine, not a big deal, I'm not looking for Patch Adams. He or his office switched my chart with someone elses' and saved it. I went to a more amiable doctor in the same network and they saw the wrong chart that had massive amounts of prescribed medications and major surgeries.
