First he prescribed me Toric contacts which were extremely uncomfortable. When i went back to switch them, he claimed he mentioned that “you sacrifice comfort for better vision with Toric”, he never said this. Then I was only offered a credit when I had to switch back to normal lenses instead of a refund. I wouldn’t have bought anymore lenses from them if I didn’t have to. I recently bought two pair of eyeglasses at Ferocious Eyes. Initially there was a problem and once I contacted them about it, they were very responsive and made the proper adjustments and correction. They are professional and responsive and it is such a refreshing change from the mall-type of eyeglass optical stores! I"m happy to do business with a non-chain optical store. Very responsive and helpful.

Very happy with everything from the glasses to the service. They also stand by their product. Had a problem over 5 months after purchase. The owner took care of me personally, and it was obvious that she not only wanted to help me but also wanted me to be happy. With customer service a rare thing these days I highly recommend Ferocious Eyes.
