I just finished a deal in Las Vegas and I have to say, Cleo, Eric and the rest of the team are very good at what they do. I'm very busy with my dental distribution business overseas and decided to invest some of our earnings into real estate. A colleague of mine suggested I look at the Vegas market, but I knew no one.
