I just finished a deal in Las Vegas and I have to say, Cleo, Eric and the rest of the team are very good at what they do. I'm very busy with my dental distribution business overseas and decided to invest some of our earnings into real estate. A colleague of mine suggested I look at the Vegas market, but I knew no one. I stumbled upon one of Eric's post on Bigger Pockets and the rest is history. The dude is to the point and data driven. I look forward to my second investment property with this team. I highly recommend.

Real Estate is intimidating and scary but Eric,Cleo, Taylor, Selena and the entire Fernwood Team made the process of buying a home, eventually renting it out and finally even selling that same home SO easy and hands free.
