very small apartment for the price,no garage washer/dryer/, poorly built and insulated, many thngs break down or stop working like heater, garbage disposal, rainwater leaks, takes long time for them to fix anything. they are constantly trying to raise rent, has been raised\$75 per year over last year we are moving becasue it is evan hard to find an apartment this small and poor for this much, there are better places to live.
