Terrible place to live. They are not pet friendly. Gave me a pet violation for my dog peeing outside. tried to saying she was killing the grass when she’s a small dog who pees a quarter size amount, and tried to blame her for barf that wasn’t even in front of my apartment. They don’t have a designated bathroom area for pets. They don’t want your pet going outside at all. They are also terrible at keeping up on maintenance. I've lived here for a few months, they have studio apartments and other options. Rent is fairly amazing, they're very leniant if u cant always pay it on time. Electric is the only utility which is pretty cheap as well. The studios (which I live in) are fairly decent size for single people (1 person only resides) very cute, you get your own little yard that u can decorate however you want. I've lived in Fernwood Apartments for a little over a year and have had a wonderful experience! The property managers are open to communication and are attentive to all of our needs. Love love love the location too! Quiet, cozy, and well maintained. Very happy here.
