Some people here have mental issues and it’s messed up reviews… but I have been here for 3 years Crystal in the office is awesome Melvin and Art are the maintenance and they have a lot to do but work every day to get stuff done and these neighbors besides 1 will give you the shirt off there back to help rent is amazingly affordable and I would recommend this apartment to everyone
UPDATE: The response from the "owner" below is an attempt to make me look like a liar or delusional because I gave them a month to address things before I took legal action, but they ignored me. However, they forget that numerous witnesses to these issues and events, as well as the other negative reviews for the same exact thing, prove that they are the ones that are telling lies. If you are thinking of looking for an apartment here, this resident is telling you, "Please don't!" From the website: "Our responsive, caring staff is committed to providing you with a quality residential experience in your well-maintained home. You will have access to on-site property management, and our complaint resolution time is generally within 72 hours (most complaints resolved within 24 hours)" All total lies! AC has been broken for a year, On site property management put a brand new AC into a vacant unit next door instead of fixing the units that were already leased. Property manager claimed to have not known even though a work order was put in a year ago and the complexes loaner window unit has been sitting in my front window next to the apartment that she was just showing at the beginning of the month.
