George Tyler is really awesome apartment manager. And I'm grateful to have a place to live and it's in walking distance to two grocery stores and downtown. And he also does very wonderful at doing maintenance and repairs.

The Fernwell Apartments have new owners and management this is a great place to live I don't believe some of the other reviews on part that the studio apartment has never been 575 it is currently 460 there is some truth about the old management but the fernwell Apartments are under new owners and management
