I have been living at the Fernwell apartments for just over 2 years now. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and am proud to call it home. The manager (landlord) is always there to address our (tenants) concerns in a timely fashion or just a friendly hello. It's kept clean and safe for all of us. And the location couldn't be better. It's near everything making it easier to get to where you want or need to go.
I've lived here for 6 years now and I was here when the old manager was here as well. It's much better now under new management. George cares about the tenants in the building and does his best to take care of everything around here to maintain the grounds and the building.
I moved in to the apartments in June 2025. I feel safe here. George is an amazing property manager. I would recommend the apartments to anyone.
Cheap, affordable very nice apartments. Located near woodland park and super 1 and smiths grocery stores.
Very well maintained building and grounds. Looking back at other reviews many of them are years old and pertaining to old management. Current management is very good. In the winter the sidewalks are shoveled and in the summer the lawns are watered and mowed. Management is caring and quick to respond. Great location with grocery stores, parks, museums, the library, mall and Main Street all within a few blocks. The tenants are good people that help each other out and watch out for one another.
