Literally awful. First appointment my psychiatrist was on zoom but I had to go into the clinic for him to just be on a damn computer screen. Then he prescribed me a medication I began to have many side affects and had to pay 200 dollars to get my labs done to get them to my next appointment on time and my psychiatrist canceled the appointment. They didn’t schedule me until a month later and now I’m continuously calling the clinic trying to get it moved up because the medication is making me have mini heart attacks. For conte... read more
Staff diligent about being on time. Very understanding about missed appointments if you have a good reason eg being sick. I have a very skilled doctor and a very skilled therapist. Nursing staff very quick to address any concerns such as side effects or possible med interactions. Plus, it sure beats heading into Reno for such matters. My experience wasn't so great. At first it was. However, I was placed with a Dr that was distracted most times & didn't really clink with me. It's ashame., cuz it's close to home. I just need to realize it wasn't going to work for me or the dr. I felt like we were both wasting our time. I'm sure he'll get paid for his time with someone else. Spending 15 minutes with someone most times, doesn't really help you know someone. My friends dog listens & helps more.

Wonderful doctors and counselors. Jackie the nurse and the front desk employees are man-haters in my opinion. They play mind games. For a place that's supposed to help those with mental health issues mind games from employees should never be an issue. Thank God for social media.
