I worked here and unfortunately the residents don't get treated crackly and there is a lot of corruption in management
my daughter worked here for a short time I could not believe how low their hourly wage was for all the work she had to do. I also don't agree with how they treat some of the residents.
RecommendedEverything....feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is awesome and they take wonderful care of Mom. A+ all around 💚💚💚
Working environment is beyond awesome! And working with the residents is very fulfilling!
My dad lived at Fernley Estates for just over a year. He was hesitant to leave his independent living and unfortunately by the time he had to move, it was directly to memory care. We were incredibly blessed to stumble upon Fernley Estates (dad was in Carson City at the time). Fernley Estates quickly became dad's home and safe place...and mine as well. Amazing team at Fernley Estates! They are all so caring and love all the residents! It feels like family! They have the most beautiful community as well! I highly recommend Fernley Estates!
