Do not use him. He cuts corners on treatment and then ghost la patients mid treatment causing them to start over elsewhere and re pay thousands of dollars. Does not even respond to other Dr requests for records. UNBELIEVABLE

I am beyond frustrated and honestly shocked at the lack of care and communication at this office. You can never reach a real person - calls go unanswered, messages ignored, and when they promise to call back, they never do. Because of this negligence, what should have been a routine root canal turned into a permanent problem. I am now 10% deaf in one ear, due to a failed root canal confirmed by two dentists, ENT and an endodontist. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ferng, and I can confidently say he’s an excellent dentist. I initially learned about him through my husband, who has been a patient for some time. Recently had an issue with some tooth pain. Doctor Ferng made time to see me immediately. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed my issue which was an old root canal where a root was missed. He referred me and called on my behalf a colleague specializing in this work. The procedure went well and subsequently he removed an old crown and repaired my tooth with no pain. His staff is also fantastic and my fear of the dentist has abated because of his great personality. I highly recommend this caring and professional dentist!
