Dr. Ferng is amazing and very kind !
With only 10 weeks left in active treatment, my husband was effectively abandoned mid-care by this office and forced to restart treatment with a completely different dentist and aligner provider—resulting in significant financial loss, wasted time, and disruption to his treatment plan. We drove 5 hours back to New York for an agreed upon day for his appointment. Dr. Ferng failed to respond and provided absolutely no communication or continuity of care. Dr. Ferng has been my family dentist for many years. He is caring and thorough in his exams and takes the time to discuss options in great detail in a way that’s easy to understand. He has great bedside manner and checks in continuously to manage pain and discomfort through out a procedure. I have recommended this office to several people over the years and will continue to do so.
