This automotive shop is always reliable and make it easy to invest time and money in.
I always try to shop local and let the working guy get some work. Went in on a Friday and the mechanic made an appointment for me on Monday. He said he'd get the parts in and be ready for me. No worry, no hurry. Go in on Monday and he had not ordered parts. I ended up going to Mavis and was in and out in 3 hours. Sure sorry it didn't work out, but I won't waste my time again
Absolutely never will we be bringing our vehicles to Fernette's ever again. It's unfortunate because when the father ran the shop, no complaints. The son (I'll avoid using his name)is running it now and he worked on our car. Our car broke down in December and the son said we could keep it at the shop for a few months til we came up with he cash to fix the car. At this point, I wish we just had it towed home.
