Horrible experience. Took my vehicle in because it wasn't running. Waited 1 month to be diagnosed. then they made me wait two more weeks to get the part installed. I was told they only have 1 Chrysler mechanic and they were mainly a Toyota dealer. The person working the counter acted like they were doing me a favor by not making me wait two months to get it repaired. Go to Petoskey if you need Chrysler service this place is horrible.
