Very unprofessional experience. I’m pretty disappointed with Fernelius Antiques. I was ready to buy a credenza, but after some initial communication, they completely ghosted me. No updates, no explanation—just silence. They read every one of my messages and chose to ignore me. I understand I had to reschedule the pickup due to weather, but I communicated that clearly.
